You may have heard about Seasons Centre for Grieving Children, but do you know what services and programs they provide to our community?
#1 Seasons Centre provides grief support and education free of charge for children facing the death of a loved one.
Peer to peer grief support is available to those who have had a parent die due to illness or accident, are grieving the death of a sibling, have had a parent, sibling, or friend die by suicide, or for children whose parent or caregiver has died due to accidental overdose.
#2 Seasons Centre is not just for young children.
Seasons Centre provides support for teens and young adults up to 24 years of age. They also support parents and caregivers through their grief journey. Peer support groups are available for parents/caregivers who have had a child die, or who have experienced the death of a spouse/partner and are raising children 18 years or younger.
#3 You can donate your time by volunteering at Seasons Centre for Grieving Children.
A wonderful way to help Seasons Centre is by volunteering your time. Volunteers are the essence of Seasons Centre. The Centre has over 100 dedicated volunteers who donate their time as “Buddies” in peer support groups, and others who help with fundraising initiatives. The Centre is continuously seeking community partners to assist with third-party events and help share their story with the community.

Seasons Centre relies on the generosity of the community to continue providing grief support and education free of charge for grieving children and families in our community.
